The ultimate objective of The Incredible Website is to raise money to help support people with Ataxia, their families and carers, and fund research into causes and potential treatments. All funds raised through the Incredible Website and our fundraising initiatives will go directly to the registered charity, Ataxia UK.
The website is all about incredible adventures, feats and endeavours. By organising fundraising events, such as the Incredible Solar Electric Flight, we hope to raise awareness of Ataxia and our objective. The events are often life changing experiences and we hope that these will inspire our website visitors to conceive their own unique charitable endeavours. Where possible The Incredible Website will help support these events.
By creating areas of wide general interest on the site, we hope that content will be exciting and diverse enough to appeal to people who may be able to help our cause; either by submitting their own content and therefore developing the website further, or by offering financial support, through advertising, donations or sponsorship.
Projects funded by Ataxia UK have recently made some exciting breakthroughs, and we are confident that with adequate funding a cure will be developed. This could even happen within the next few years.
